भारत के लिए मुफ्त पानी एनवायरोकेम सर्विसेज (ओपीसी) प्राइवेट लिमिटेड की स्थापना के बाद से, हम भारत में टियर 1 शहरों में मुफ्त पानी उपलब्ध कराने की संभावना तलाश रहे हैं। वर्तमान में, निम्नलिखित शहर भारत के टियर 1 वर्गीकरण के अंतर्गत आते हैं। अहमदाबाद बेंगलुरु चेन्नई दिल्ली हैदराबाद कोलकाता मुंबई पुणे ये आठ शहर भारत के मेट्रो शहर और विकसित शहर माने जाते हैं। भारत में एक मेट्रो शहर में रहने का लाभ हाउस रेंट अलाउंस (HRA) टैक्स छूट के लिए पात्रता है। मेट्रो शहरों के लिए, एचआरए की गणना मूल वेतन और महंगाई भत्ते (DA) के योग के 50% के रूप में की जाती है। इसलिए, मेट्रो शहर में कार्यरत व्यक्ति वेतन के 50% की कर छूट के लिए पात्र है, जिससे वे जीवन शैली पर अधिक खर्च कर सकते हैं। ये विशेषताएं प्रस्तावित मॉडल के लिए फायदेमंद हो सकती हैं। आवास और शहरी मामलों के मंत्रालय (MoHUA) द्वारा शहरी जल आपूर्ति के लिए इन आठ शहरों के उपलब्ध जनसंख्या डेटा और 135 लीटर प्रति व्यक्ति प्रति दिन (lpcd) के सुझाए गए बेंचमार्क को ध्यान में रखते हुए, वर्तमान जल उपचार संयंत्र और सीवेज के साथ पानी की मांग मेट्रो शहरों क

Cold Wave in India!!

The minimum temperature of last three days of Ahmedabad, India was about 15, 14, 10 degree Celsius, respectively. Considering, past temperature trend and meteorological data of the Ahmedabad, drastic variations can be seen. The question arises in my mind, "Why, this sudden change in meteorological conditions??" Also, recent rains in the several parts of north India, which intensify the coldness of the region, amplify my curiosity, to think, "Why, rain is happening in the December??" In my knowledge, answer to the above questions lies in the "Monsoon". Yes, the Monsoon of the India have the answer of this Cold Wave.
